He was kind and despite having to reschedule my appointment because they did not have the parts (this was not at all his fault it wasn’t him who made the appointment) I needed after I drove there already. He offered me a free car wash and was very kind. His attitude made the situation a lot better. He should definitely get a raise or something. He also seemed very knowledgeable about the recalls on my car.
