I took the vehicle in for an oil & filter change. It was not done according to the worksheet I received. I was not told that this service was not completed.

Hello. Our rep was nice, but not the service. I dis not get maintenance recommendations and the maintenance required light was not removed. I called to follow up on this and Amanda (not sure if it is a chatbot) was not helpful as it came back to the same starting point (Amanda). I kept calling Tuesday and today Wednesday without response. On Monday someone got my call and could jot find the rep. She stated she was going to leave a message for him to call me back. I am still waiting. Hope to get some information back soon

was satisfied , but not completely because I’m still Confused. I was told first when I call for the appointment for the tune up, that’s what I told girl that answered, and she said I was not going to pay anything , that’s they were going to check my car , and then they would tell me what I needed and I would decide . They have done it like that before . When I got there for the appointment, the guy was great, but he confused me because I said I was there for there for the tune up, he said it was going to be 185 dlls, for the spark plug , I didn’t know the tune up consisted of that , I said okay, but when they were done , I ended up paying 385 because the spark plug was 277 , I still don’t understand why ? I Called back to clarify, but the agents were busy, they called me back but I was not able to answer. I will call back or go in person. The ladies too that text me to see if I need anything, I always tell them I do , and they never reply . Well , only one of them replied. Thank you
