Please don't contact me. Everytime i take my car in for service it turns into an all day thing. Theres always a lack of communication. Your team is clearly overwhelmed and overworked

My advisor was friendly, met my needs, and constantly kept in contact with me via SMS throughout the whole process. I’ve been to a lot of service departments and service centers here in El Paso and this is by far the best.

Mr Lucero, once again, did not disappoint. He was professional, communicative and knowledgeable. I always count on him to update me and help me understand recommendations. My only issue today was the phone service and application. I was trying to respond to the recommendations via the application link sent to me but it would not take. I also attempted to call and was stuck talking to the AI assistant never being able to reach a service member, despite being number one in the queue.

Santiago was good, however the answering service, calling and all of other aspects of my service was abysmal. My interaction with Santiago was great everything else not so great.

I made an appointment for 7:15am. Arrived at 6:20am to make sure I could drop off car at scheduled time. Two different associates came up to my vehicle once the service center openned only to tell me "oh, Isaac will be with you shortly" both times. It wasn't until a third associate came to my vehicle to tell me "I dont know why the first two didnt help you, Isaac isn't even here". I understand that when we make an appointment we are assigned to one of your reps, but I feel it is ridiculous to make your clients wait because your representatives are not available. For the question of how satisfied am I with Isaac ****'s service, how can I have any measure of satisfaction if I was never helped by Isaac and if he was ever present, he never introduced himself.

I was not informed there was urgent care my vehicle needed. I've made a subsequent appointment, but it would have been nice to have been informed then of these items. My normal advisor was not available, so I'm not upset or anything, I'll be back next week.

Me molestó demasiado que no tuvieron la atención de decirme que mi camioneta se iba a quedar en las instalaciones el cual, no estaba preparada para eso y tuve que perder un día de trabajo por esa razón. Lo único que me mandaron fue el mensaje para autorizar el filtro del aire y de ahí en más no obtuve respuesta, fui a las instalaciones pero desgraciadamente ya estaba cerrado.

Se suponía que iban a cambiar una parte de plástico del asiento frontal y no lo hicieron, aún cuando se los había pedido! Como es posible que me manden decir que mi tundra ya estaba lista!
