I recently moved to El Paso. My car needed service. I needed an oil change and a windshield replacement. I had a pre paid service package, I had to remind twice to Issac **** about it no matter how many times he said “I got you”. Towards the end of the service, he was asking me to pay and I had to remind him again about my pre paid service package for a third time. Afraid that, I did not get what my package included I had to ask what services were done. Fortunately, everything that was included was done. When it came to My windshield replacement it took Issac 2 days to let me know that the dealership does not do that and to go somewhere else. I had to call multiple times to get a call back. I also was also not offer any service packages or tires. I don’t know if this is just an El Paso thing or it was just a bad day at the service center.

Apparently when I first got there the person that was supposed to attend to the service not mistaken was by the name of Joe he apparently came with another gentleman without me knowing that was him he let me know that he would call Joe and let him know that I was there apparently unbeknownst to me it was him and somebody else had to remind him that I was still waiting for service they took the car in came out within about 30 35 minutes let me know that apparently I had had someone install a temporary drain plug on my oil pan and the service could not be performed which I understood he showed me a picture of the oil plug but never made any attempt to ask me if I would wish to have it repaired there or replaced never offered a price just told me that it could not be done there I'm still deciding whether to get that work paid for by the company that changed my oil last apparently this is where this occurred without my knowledge either way I was never asked whether I would like to have the service done there and was kind of disappointed that everyone else from the customer service who answered my call to begin with were great.
