We had scheduled for a part to be changed. I called and they told stated they ordered door handles. That’s not what we needed. The girl in parts told me they had the part in stock I go and then Gabriel tell us it’s the wrong color and the switches won’t fit. Now I have to take another day off work to take the truck in and it’s just such a disorganized situation every time we go. No one knows anything. Nothing gets done. No one takes accountability and then we have to end up going several times to get simple things done. This company has really decreased in quality over the last 3-4 years.

Jeff is the man he helped me out so much I had been struggling to find or get the right part and he delivered he got me a photo of the part with the part number and I finally have my air conditioner working. I really appreciate you Jeff you are awesome sir!!

I waited 30 minutes in my car. I had an appointment. I got there on time. If the person assigned to me can’t make it because he’s busy, he can ask someone else to help out. I do not want anyone to call me. I can understand 15 minutes but 30? No! It would’ve been longer if I had not said anything. I appreciate the help from the young man that helped me out.

Great great customer service. Very attentive, opened the door for me. As a customer is all those small details. After being forgotten by the shuttle driver, Victor turned around my whole experience. Great customer service. Overall this has been by far the best experience for me.
