Well, for starters, I received zero updates on the progress until 24 hours later. Generally, I receive a text message within minutes of the vehicle being taken in for service. I receive zero communication from the dealership and received a text message this morning. 24 hours later telling me my vehicle was ready. The service advisor also called my phone and I believe let it ring one time and then hung up. He claims that he received my voicemail however, no voicemail was ever left. Had I not taken it upon myself to get up and walk to his office, I likely would have never even known my vehicle was ready.

I arrived at 9 in the morning, and for a tire change they gave me my car back at 12. I thought the wait time was really excessive. I understand there were other customers, but it was just a tire change.

Avelina was very professional since I got there. She kept me updated on what technician recommended my vehicle needed done. Since I never got a text from technician. She explained what was recommended and the cost would be. So I could decide what I wanted done. Over all very satisfied with my experience with your service department.

Gabriel had great service but before he initially approached me that he was my advisor, I was sitting in my vehicle for about 30 minutes at the roll up drop off. Many other advisors tending to various customers before and after I got there while I felt I was being ignored. The whole start up process is a circus and needs a lot more organization. Each new visit to the dealership for service seems to be going downhill. Again, this is not a knock on Gabriel, he was good, it’s the whole experience from the start. Get it together Fox Toyota!!!

Mi camioneta tiró todo el aceite y ya no prende no me contestan la agencia desde ayer una mala experiencia tuve con ese linda la que me atendió muy mal servicio al cliente, tengo años arreglando y comprando partes ahy en Toyota y hoy fue una más experiencia espero y lean loscomemtarios.

The service took a LONG time. When it was finished the paperwork was just sitting there. No body told me it was ready. I had to be asking if my vehicle was ready. This is the last time I take my car to get serviced at this place. The service Is horrible and the staff is not friendly nor professional!
