I made an appointment for an oil change that was supposed to cost $79 plus tax. When I dropped off my car the rep told me they only offered the oil change with tire rotation for $89. After the oil change was completed,I was advised there was a leak in my engine. They wanted to charge me an additional fee for the diagnostic exam. I've been taking my car here for approximately 22 years and this has been the worst service I've received.

I had an appointment and waited 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and fluid top off. Not once was I sent an update via text like I usually do nor did my advisor check up on me during my wait. When I did receive my text saying my vehicle was ready I went with my advisor to pick up my keys. Her response was, I’m eating. I walked away but another advisor asked if he could help me. He took me back to my advisor, spoke with her, and she gave me my keys and invoice and thanked me. Quite disappointed.

They took 4 hrs for an oil change and I had to get an Uber back to the dealership the shuttle didn't pick ne up, I called twice to check on the status of my vehicle and no one called me back.

Huge car line. Huge wait times. 25 in car waiting for advisor. They all seemed to be working hard, but there seemed to be a lot of confusion. I don’t know why Fox Toyota schedules so many customers at the same time. Waste a lot of manpower and time on meetings how to improve sales. They would improve sales if they just took care of customers. My next vehicle will probably NOT be a Toyota.

Love service!!! Gabriel Lucero is truly " a keeper"! Everyone very courteous! I have had Toyota 2 Forerunners for the last 23 years ... the Limited and the sports) !!! Love, my toys to the max!! You can't imagine how many people have left me notes under windshield wipers, if I ever consider selling to call them & leave their phone numbers!! Thanks ????!

I received the worst service from start to finish. Manny did not introduce himself, I had to ask him if he was Manny. He didn't follow up with me about double checking if the information he had was correct. no phone calls for any updates. Communication was just through text and was very minimal. I called 3 times for hope for communication and updates and no answer. I left a voice mail and no phone follow up phone call from Manny. I used the shuttle service after dropping off my vehicle and tried to see if I could get the shuttle back to the dealership after receiving a text that my car was ready. Because I did not get any updates from my "service advisor" I made arrangements through uber for transportation. I would have waited if I was told the shuttle would reach me in X amount of time. Manny looked very surprised to see me when I arrived. I tried changing the cabin air filter and couldn't for a while because the cover was jammed in really good. I tried to call the service manager and again I left a voice mail with my information for the manager to reach back out and no answer. I called repeatedly to speak to someone and no answer. that place looks like a mess from the last time I was there no professionalism.
