I waited 3 hours for an oil change and rotation and when my vehicle was ready the service member who was supposed to help me was not at her desk. Whoever was next to her desk charged my credit card without checking to see if the vehicle was under warranty which it was, proceeded to issue a refund but in checking my credit card statement today I’m finding that the refund has been cancel and the full charge amount is posted. Just all around terrible service.

I was satisfied with most parts of my service visit except for pickup. The young gentleman who brought my car out parked the car in the service drive. There were vehicles parked in front of my car. Then new customers came up behind me. We were boxed in for line 6 minutes. There didn’t seem to be any urgency to move the cars in front of us. We were almost late to my son’s game. It just feels like we were treated much better at this Toyota service department in years past.

It is always missing someting, last time it was motor oil not complete, now the lower plate covering the motor was losse missing bolts.

Ms. Pulido introduced herself and got the service process going. Nice to have dealt with a positive/jolly associate. I was running late to my appointment and Ms. Pulido herself called to make sure everything was okay. Certainly showed her goal was to have customer satisfied.

In replacing a cover on the rail atop the vehicle, there is no reason why service personnel should interact, in any way, with my screens, especially in such a way to dim the cameras, or placing it on dark mode. There is no fathomable reason for them to touch it--even to remove my news service. Just turn off the ignition. Also, the way my seat was positioned, it made me feel like someone NAPPED in my vehicle. Redeemingly, Angel's representation of the Fox brand is excellent.

Everyone was very professional. I had the alignment done on my 2025 Tacoma but for some reason it still pulls to the right. However I'm a little nervous cause it's a new vehicle. My family and I have always been Toyota customers. I can only hope for the best now. Thank you. Jesus E
