The rattling sound on the front right passenger side is still evident. JC the mechanic drove with me to an area where there is uneven pavement and was able to confirm the rattling sound. I was not able to pick up my vehicle after all despite a text message advising my vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, I drove back home on the rental again for the 3 time. Staff is very kind and professional though.

I don’t like having to wait 30 minutes for a service advisor to come and talk to me (when I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment time)and then wait another 30 minutes to get my car back after I was told 3 hours prior that my car was ready. It’s very frustrating.

It was a bad day at Fox. The normal advisors were not there. I had an appointment for 10:15 am. By 12:15pm they said there was still no one to talk to. Angel had been assigned. I had left the building and they said she was busy so I got a ride back to Fox. When I went to talk to Angel no one was in her office. I don’t know why they made it so impossible for me to be connected to her. I am sorry to say but Angel wasn’t informed about the situation of my car. Shout out to the shuttle service. She was professional and safe and great. Shout out to the mechanic that knew what was happening.
