I had a transmission oil change done here and the service was excellent. Jacob was quick, professional, and knowledgeable. My car is running smoothly. Highly recommend! Also I am thankful for Victor my shuttle driver. So polite, respectful a great driver got me where I had to go and picked me up on time, to take me back to my vehicle. Great communication between Jacob and Victor. Thank you! Happy Holidays!

Mike was super knowledgeable on what was going on with my vehicle. He made sure I was taken care of and even made sure to take the time to let me know precisely what the situation was my case and how we could make sure that issues like this could be avoided in the future by making Toyota my first stop when it comes to alignments. I am extremely grateful and impressed with everyone’s efforts.

This is the second time I was very dissatisfied with the service. I wanted to give it another chance. I was told my car would be ready in about 2.5-3hrs. It took a little over 4hrs. I had decided to wait for my carts thinking it would just be the most 3 hours. I was never updated in how much longer it was going to be. I was never offered to take the shuttle. When my car was ready there was no apology for the wait. Very poor customer service and knowledge of the vehicle. There were other things that happened but I rather receive a call to discuss further.

We were told Toyota had the part for the passenger side window. When the maintenance removed the old part it broke and they had the wrong part. Now we have to wait until Wenesday or Thursday to get our passenger door fixed. We have to drive from WSMR, NM which is an hour away.
