Had an appointment for 10:30 am and didn’t get out of there till2 pm. I know you guys were busy but 31/2 hours fora oil change is ridiculous the service advisor didn’t seem to care much he just told me the wait was going to be a while. I called for an appointment because I’m leaving town for the holidays and needed the car oil change. If I wasn’t leaving out of town I would have left and went somewhere else but no time for that. Also I had paid for 3 oil changes ahead of time. You guys are always calling and texting me to get work done on car or buy another car from you guys, well when I go there with an appointment you need to do better than you did today there’s a lot of competition out there and I went 25 miles from my house to your shop to get the service done. They could have done better then they did today they took walk ins before me, they were lining up the cars as they came in with out appointments. I’m an easy going guy but when service writer tells me a long wait with an appointment and seems like take or leave it not good for your shop. Could have done something better. My Dad was a service writer and once told me no matter the size of the job he takes care of all clients equal.

I arrived at 7:30am, and I left at 12:30 pm, 5 hours later. For first service 5k on my new car. Rotated tires and topped off fluids...for 5 hours. LOUSY SERVICE!!!!

I indicated that the gas milage was significantly lower since the last visit. The advisor indicated that the injectors probably needed to be cleaned. I said that they had been cleaned previously and the advisor let me know that they had been cleaned in 2024. She indicated they probably needed to be cleaned again even with the extreme low milage for the last 4 or 5 years. She was going to add that to the list of items that needed to be done. She also asked if I wanted a complementary wash that I indicated that would be nice. After 2 hours, I was told that my car was ready the tire pressure sensors would cost $800+ and I decided that was more than I wanted to invest, I will check tire pressures manually. I had spent over $200 earlier to replace one sensor. The advisor accepted my payment and provided me with the keys to my dirty car. I probably would have been better off taking my car to jiffy lube and then to Tommy's car wash. Less time and money.

I asked to check clutch master cylinder due to loss of break fluid and soft clutch pedal with no resistance, was told the car had nothing wrong and that they only topped my fluids. I had already topped my fluids and now i drove it back home and continued leaking break fluid and struggling with soft clutch and wet undercarriage

Manny did not give me any attention, he said he will call me never did. If I called him no answer. There is no customer service skills from him. When I showed up to pick up my truck, he sees me walking up to his desk and he just walked away from there, made me wait there. Avelina y Pulido saved the day and took care of me, for future service I do not want to work with Manny Hernandez , I would like to work with Avelina y Pulido,if Toyota wants to reach out to me , I will gladly talk to you.
