The paperwork states that the oil wasn’t changed. I thought that was specifically why it was being serviced. Also the tire pressure on all 4 tires was different, isn’t that part of the service, check tire pressures.

Jose Gurrola was a very friendly and efficient customer service representative however I've trusted my truck to hoy fox for every service since I bought it. This last service on Friday January 2nd was the exception.
I paid a total of $236.94 for the oil change and for an upholstery cleaning service that Jose offered and since I trust your dealership I went for it.
I picked up my truck later that day and drove home, the morning after I noticed oil on the driveway, my Tacoma has never leaked oil, then I checked my front and back seats and the upholstery was not cleaned as expected, stains are still there, I took the Truck back to the dealership Monday 01/05/26 and tried to talk to Jose about it but he was on his day off so Manny took care of me. They kept the truck for the majority of the day and had it ready later that evening, Manny said the repair crew failed to include a functional gasket when they changed the oil and hence the oil leakage, Manny refused to do anything about the mediocre upholstery cleaning service and told me I would have to take that up with Jose.... In general I'm very disappointed and worried about what damage my truck could've sustained because of the oil leak....

Length of wait was very high. Jose did inform me of this and he was great and all. But 2.5 hours of wait was just really high for me. Maybe whoever is making appointments needs to adjust them accordingly!?

Was super busy and I felt over booked. My son took his truck forma 1030 appt and didn’t get it back until after 5pm. This was 1st bad experience for us ! Be better ! Don’t overbook. I come

I have had the inspection of my truck done with you guys since I got it back in 2013. I was never charged before and this time I was charged and I wonder why. Is this a new rule or what
First off I had an appointment at 11:15 waited 4 hours till my truck was ready my advisor Alex not once communicated with me that it would be a bit longer when I got there I asked if he knew how long it would be he said like an hour 1/2 no communication at all i asked to speak to a manager after 30 min manager never came .

Oil left on my floor mat and tires weren’t aired up like I had wanted. The tire light still keeps going off and some tires are at 27psi.

I had an appointment at 8:30 my services took 4-1/2 hrs I was out by 1:00 / 30 why is your service not on a timely matter ?That is ridiculous!
If there’s an appointment than service should have been attended to at the time set . My time is just as important.
No follow up on the status of my vehicle. Called several times. Left message and other times was left on hold only for call to be dropped. Finally had to show up only to be told Michael had left foe the day and all clients were turned over to someone else. This individual was so overwhelmed he couldn't help everyone. Absolutely terrible service. I will avoid going back to dealership to service my vehicle in the future.
