The service to my rav4 was incompleted.It suppossed to have the tire rotation besides de oil change. That one was not ejecuted.

RAV4 was suppose to be between 2-3 hours. Took 6 hours to get it. No communication. Had to calL, couldn't get ahold of Jacob. After calling every multiple times wax told to come in to check the car

Victor is a very safe driver and represents the brand well. Manny was a knowledgeable professional. Thank you for not touching my screen and not wetting my vehicle. PS Why has Jennifer, the AI, not contacted me? It was my interaction with her that got me to trade in my Rav4 for my Highlander.

Jacob Armendariz provides friendly, knowlegeable, and courteous service. He oversaw that my vehicle was fully inspected, my oil was changed, and my tires were rotated. He even had the car washed! Knowing how importantly Hoy Fox treats customer service, your company is are fortunate to have an employee like Jacob.

Customer service is the worst! I always wait for The advisor over 15 min to check me in, NO ONE CALLS to let the client know the car is ready for a pick up, never has been offer a loaner car or too see if I would like to be dropped off somewhere. You guys need to be better!

I waited 4:15 hours to get my car I kept getting quoted that it would be an hour more and I waited more than a few times, they weren’t honest with me about timing and that’s all I needed in order to plan my day around. Wasted my time and I spent $15 on a taxi to get home because my vehicle wasn’t ready
