I was told they couldn’t complete a recall procedure because my battery was low and tried to sell me a battery. When I got home I checked my battery level on my dash and it was fine. I was left confused, how is it that my car was there from 10 am to 5 pm and nothing was done? I could have picked it up sooner. I was left very confused.

I have been complaining about the plastic trim on top of the truck bed coming off on its own, they supposed to replace them on my last visit, but apparently they forgot. I was told that I need to live my truck for the entire day because they also where going to replace the brake hose (recall) my truck was in service for about 5 hours and they only did the multi point inspection. I wasted my time for nothing. Vehicle was not even washed. Also since I got my truck I have been complaining about rusted screws under the vehicle and I was told you can not replace them, I have checked the new trucks you have in the lot and the screws are already rusted.

I saw an employee yell at another employee in anger and frustration across two cars in the intake lot. Then my quoted wait time was not updated and I was there 4 times longer than expected and of course the cost is high but usually worth for the experience but now not so sure

I get there on Friday afternoon, and have to wait out by my vehicle from 10-15 minutes, before a lot attendant goes out and ask what I am there for. To be fair, I did not have an appointment, I was just dropping off the vehicle. I just thought it was way too long to be out there waiting. I finally get to vehicle checked in, the advisor was professional, I had no issues with him. This is not the first time where I wait and sit out there, just waiting and waiting and waiting. When I go and pick up the vehicle, it was ok. From what o saw, there were two advisors visible and the long bearded manager or assistant manager, sitting in the corner office. I am not sure if you are short handed as far as staff goes, or what. Point being it’s always a mess to drop off and pick up vehicle,

I was there for a 40k service. I made an appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. I was waiting there for the service to be done and asked how long they expected it to take. They told me about an hour, which is about what I expected. I was there for 3 hours. I was moderately pressured to get more work done, but I declined because I didn't want to be stuck there all day;they insisted that it wouldn't take any additional time, but how can I believe what they say when they had already been so wrong.
