7:30 a.m. appt for just an oil change. Got there at 7:00 a.m. signed in at 7:13 got charged at 8:57 a.m. 1 hour and 45 minutes wait for just the oil change. Waited another 25 minutes because the porter did not wash truck as was promised. Real bad job on the car wash. Also, oil footprints left on my interior mat on driver side. One of the windshield wipers was broken by either the tech inspecting the wipers or the car wash machine and was not told about it. I feel service department needs quite a bit of improvement to do. Seems like they overbook morning appointments. Service advisor Daniel was very courteous as well as Mr Fernando Martinez. Just need some kinks ironed out in your service dept. Young lady at parts, Cynthia Ortega was very customer service oriented, too, as I purchased a new fuel cap for my truck. I will return again and give Fox Toyota Service another opportunity. I think service takes way too long and can’t even provide a car wash. Drop off car at about 9am and get a call that it’s ready after 5pm when dealer is about to close at 6pm.
