Im very angry and very disappointed with the experience i had taking my car to this location on every aspect of the process ....first the consultant manuel hernandez didn't treat me like a valuable customer....I felt treated like a number....he didn't keep me posted about my vehicle process..I had to be calling him so I could know what was going on with my car..and every time he answer I felt treated like I was a robot he always told me we are very bussy and he didn't take the time to explain me about the correct time my car was going to be ready I didn't feel like a valuable customer..my car was at this center more than 2 weeks since the tow truck took my car to them...wen finally I got notice that my car was ready...I notice that the fuel gauge was marking half a tank ...I filled it to the top before taking it to get service at hoyfox...I even took a picture of the fuel gauge showing it had a full tank... and also the milage it showed before taking it to hoyfox....wen I recived the car with half a tank and 5 miles more on the odometer I went and told the service advisor many..and he's answer was...is because technicians needed to drive it and tested....and I told him you think 5 miles of testing the car is going to consume half a tank of fuel on my car???....I felt like he was covering for someone trying to see a stupid face on me....I went and.spoke to manager and he was very nice and took care of the missing fuel on my car....but now I don't trust taking my cars to get service at this location and don't feel appreciated by the advisors...i don't feel like a valuable customer..I'm very desaponted and I will not recomend this place to my friends and family

The wait time for my vehicle's service was longer than I'd hoped, and the staff was less attentive than I’d hoped. I did hear snide comments from the staff about the customers. I remember asking a representative about the status of my vehicle, and they did not update me, or it appeared they forgot to update me because I never heard from the representative again. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Fox Toyota.

I just want to say how happy I was with my service advisor, Adelina was genuinely so nice and I had such a pleasant experience, she was so knowledgeable and you could tell she loves her job as she shows how good she is at it. She has such great customer service and a very welcoming attitude.

I was very confused when receiving my car back. I wasn’t informed of anything. Just handed me keys and directed me in the wrong way to my car. I understand they were busy but I was expecting a brief report on my vehicle. For future reference can I go to other Toyota dealership to get my services done under the warranty? Or does it have to be at this dealership?

Having a credit card surcharge that is not disclosed prior to paying when using the app is analogous to fraudulent business practices. This needs to be addressed immediately. I may report it to the SEC or whichever is the appropriate regulatory body.
