I hate service here, they never are professional. We’re supposed to order my new breaks for a recall and said to wait about 2 months, it’s been 2 months and THEY FORGOT TO PRDER THEM. I never received my second key, they also CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD. Asked them not wash my truck because I had my tools in the back they didn’t care and washed it and now my tools don’t work over $800 worth of tools that YOU DIDNT HOLD RESPONSIBLE FOR

Quick and efficient despite being so busy! Was worried because I had my two young children but Janeth was very supportive and understanding of that concern! Great customer service. My vehicle was also returned the same way it was given!

Fernando was very attentive. With my Tundra I did find they left the coolant cap off. They noted that they rotated my tires. I know they didnt because the front left tim has a road rash on it and it was still there when I picked it up. Just need to ensure QC is being done.

Manny is not my usual service advisor but he said he would take care of me. My appointment was at 8 I arrived at 745,seen by 755. 1030 rolls around and I have to go ask him about an update, shortly after I receive a text with recommendations. Not once did Manny come over and explain anything to me yet I hear all the other advisors going over and talking to the customers with information regarding what is needed and recommended. Had I had that information i would have waited on some of the items done to my vehicle my report sent via text showed red on everything as if it failed the maintenance inspection. When I did go to see him he was not at his desk so I approved items. At 1157 I received a text telling me my car was ready but didn't see it until 1230, yet all other advisors went and informed the customer there car was ready. He was not even around to give me my ticket to pay for my car. Manny's lack of interaction was really disheartening and this type of service i don't appreciate or recommend.

All went according to plan. The oil and filter were replaced. The vehicle was all point checked. They even inflated the low pressure on all tires. The vehicle was returned to me sooner than I expected. I had just finished a cup of coffee when I was called and briefed.
