The alignment was done at the time of the oil change and tire rotation. Upon taking the truck on the freeway the steering wheel vibrated more than when I took it in.

I want to thank Mr. Ramos for his help in resolving the needed repairs. Mr. Ramos truly cares about the customers complete satisfaction. Avelina was extremely professional and courteous. She took notes of what was needed and kept me informed about the progress of the work. The repairs were done in a timely manner. Avelina takes a lot of pride in her work. Thank you both very much.

Hello, I purchased my vehicle over a year ago, and I’m still waiting for the spare key that was promised at the time of purchase. Despite multiple follow-ups, neither the sales nor service teams have been able to assist or provide a resolution. I’d appreciate immediate support in resolving this issue. Thank you.

The salesman was rushing stated he hadn't had lunch and when I asked for an oil change he said it would come out of pocket. I love my Toyota family but this visit was not the best.

I never received a text stating my car was ready. Vehicle was dropped off at 10am and wasn't aware it was ready until after 3. Just for an oil change and tire rotation which is ridiculous. I also never received an update on a repair quote I requested until we called a second time after 3pm. When questioned by my wife if they follow up with a phone call to see if text went through, he stated, "no ma'am we're busy here, that's why I asked if that's the right phone number", which he kept re-iterating to her. This shows me work ethics and most importantly customer service is not a priority at this location. This was my second time using Fox Toyota and my first time was less than satisfactory as well. I will be trying a different location for service from now on.
