I am very satisfied with how the service is ran at Fox Toyota. I really lo e how the tech sends video. Really like the lobby and the amenities. Avelina is very attentive and empathetic!! FYI I used to take my tundra to the other Toyota dealership on Montana Ave and Fox by far is much better

Jacob was great as always. Check in time for this visit was about 30-40 min. Was told by other associate that it was because I didn’t have an appointment. I had an appointment the last time and check in time was still 30min.

I was having issues with my Sienna so I called Mike Torres for help. He asked me to bring the vehicle in to get checked out. It turned out to be a bad battery, Mike replaced it and had me back on the road in 40 minutes. Fantastic service from Mike Torres. Thank you, David J
