First and foremost I’m a women trusting and taking my car to a dealership can be expensive at the same time to trust someone with your car that can take advantage of. I took my vehicle and I told Jacob I have the air and cabin filter with me if you could please replace it and it was not done. I was very disappointed because I really don’t have time to waste and it was not right when he said

Saúl Ochoa was very kind and made sure I had a ride home and back to pick up my car. He’s very professional at what he does. The team of mechanics did an excellent job, my car is running great now, and the noise I was hearing is completely gone.

It was a great experience dealing with Hector and whole Fox Toyota Team! Hector kept me updated on the progress of my 2024 Tundra and he has great up beat attitude! I could tell he really enjoys his job and knows how to take care of the clients! Great Customer Service!

I brought my vehicle in at 7:30 AM for a scheduled appointment. I was informed by my service advisor, Jose Gurrola, that the transmission flush and brake flush would take approximately 3 hours. I took the shuttle service and expected to hear back within that timeframe. By 3:45 PM, I still hadn’t received any update. I called and left a voicemail, as Jose didn’t answer. Twenty minutes later, he finally called to say my vehicle was ready and arranged for the shuttle to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership around 5 PM, I asked how long my vehicle had been ready. Jose casually said it had been ready for about an hour. He then proceeded to give an explanation about the oil needing to cool, which contradicted the original timeline I was given. If it was going to take 8 hours, I should have been told upfront. Instead, I was misled and left waiting all day with no communication. I had to cancel personal plans because of this lack of professionalism. It’s extremely frustrating to be given inaccurate information and to experience such poor follow-up. This is not the level of service I expect from your dealership. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issue internally. Better communication and accountability are clearly needed.

Not greeted when I arrived and after several minutes in my vehicle I stepped out to seek assistance. When I picked up my vehicle my rep was with another customer. No help from anyone else, treated EXTREMELY rudely by cashiers who dismissed me three different times. I found my own paperwork and keys, but still I wasn’t allowed to pay and leave. I had to wait a while before someone else finally got bored enough standing around and decided to intervene to allow me to pay and then I could leave. Not happy.
