Very little service provided. I completed the work order form on line. But had no idea if/ when mechanic would work on items. I asked for an approximate completion time and returned 15 minutes prior. Service person was at lunch. Car was ready but other staff reluctant to have me pay & pick up vehicle. Received a call last night from sales department inquiring about me purchasing a new vehicle. Someone was going to provide value of current car. That did not happen. I was asked to provide financial information prior to valuation & meeting salesperson. I did mention that I would most likely purchase in a few years. All in all, my worst experience at the dealership.

There was very poor communication. I called several times without getting called back regarding concerns for my vehicle. Only some of the repairs that needed to be done got to be completed because I didn’t hear back in time about the cost and parts for the repairs. It was unclear to me what issues were actually going to be fixed, and which were not. I now have to bring my car back at a later date to fix the other issues. I’d prefer to work with a different representative the next time I bring my vehicle in.
