Where to start first off, I was at the dealership for over 8 hrs the first day because I kept getting different times when it was going to be done. Next, I was told 2 days later it was fixed and told the problem was something that didn’t cause the problem at all, and it turned out it was exactly what I tried several times, what I think it was, which was the top camera. After searching for my truck and getting in it, the same faults were still there. Then I wasn’t given any updates on my truck until 4 days later, even after I called. And finally, after my truck being at the shop for a week and a half and being test-driven and faulty, told my truck was ready and paying $185 for the so-called fix that did nothing. I didn’t even get a curiosity fill-up of my tank or even so much as a wash. And I understand that that is not the norm, but after having to take 2 days off from work because of faulty information, I would have expected so, kinda of considered. All in all, this has left a general negative view of the service department at Fox Toyota.

Avelina has always gone above and beyond for me. Fox Toyota has the best service advisor on staff. She has taken care of my Tundra needs. Very communicative and let’s me know what needs to be done. Alway request Avelina for your Toyota needs on service for your vehicle!!

I have never complained while having my car serviced in the last 10 years, but today I was dissatisfied when I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change and that is with an appointment. I noticed kids have replaced the people I had seen prior to today. Manny took care of me and was very professional. Also noticed that he was also playing as catchier when service was completed. Your cashier department was no longer there. I will no longer be taking my car there for an oil change or inspection for sticker renewal. Manny is not to blame for my dissatisfaction. It is fox Toyota. I can only guess you were downsizing or your good people quit.

Jose Gurrola was highly ineffective. I brought an issue regarding tires and the system. He said that the tires probably weren’t the ones the truck was purchased with. I left the truck to be diagnosed and the answer was still inconclusive. In addition, I waited for them to tell me if the truck was ready so I could make plans. No phone calls until 5:30. They closed at 6 pm. Sharp. Bad experience.

Yes, my only gripe was not getting a call back when I called for some info on required or suggested service i.e. fuel system and fuel injectors.

The long wait was not expected. It was my first visit to your Toyota repair shop. I feel that an estimate of work time was necessary. My 2026 Prius is new so why the long wait. Another gentleman told me that he had been waiting 6 hrs when I was complaining to him. The Toyota shop that I have use for my previous two Prius never kept that long. Worst service and inprrsonsal.

The tech didn’t rotate my tires because the “lug key was wrong”. Which isn’t possible unless your last tech put the wrong spline socket in my truck. When I got to the truck I took the lug key and put it right on the lugs and it was a perfect fit. I lost a little confidence in your tech and pray nothing else is wrong or missed on the truck
