I am concerned that during the first routine maintenance visit, I was presented with more than $700 worth of additional services labeled as “Requires Immediate Attention.” As the owner of a Certified 2024 Toyota with approximately 32,600 miles, I understood that wording to mean there was an urgent issue affecting the vehicle’s safety, reliability, or proper operation. Afterward, I spoke with the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, and he indicated that these services were not actually necessary. This left me confused and with the impression that alarming language may have been used to encourage the purchase of additional services. I would appreciate a clear explanation of the technical criteria used to classify these recommendations as requiring immediate attention. Thank you for your time and assistance.

1st..Just for a simple oil change it was 113 dollars. its outrageous.2nd..I was not told my tpm was not working when I got handed my keys.

The service was just fine, all the service team members were professional and nice and I was kept updated on my vehicles progress the whole time. My only constructive feedback is that I arrived at 10:10am (I was late for my 10am service appt) and waited in my vehicle as the numerous posted signs indicated. Nobody talked to me and I was not checked in until around 10:45am. I even received a call from Fox Toyota asking if I was planning to attend the appointment or if I wanted to reschedule, so it seems like they didn’t even know I was there. I told the woman on the phone I had been waiting almost 30 mins and definitely wanted to keep the appointment. She was very kind and said she would let my service agent know. Only feedback is that the check in process could be more streamlined. Otherwise everything else was great!

Donald Degraw customer service were superb However very disappointed with the tech that serviced my vehicle Tire rotation was not performed, I was able to tell because passenger side wheels are scratched, and after service the wheels were on the same side of the vehicle. Twice !!!!

My left hand door has a 5 inch scratched and no one said a word of it. Very disappointed. Isaac was very helpful and understanding. The problem came in from whom ever did the job inside of the shop

Long line to drop off plus a car was parked as if it was in line for service and no one was in the car by the time I noticed and the line moved five people got in front of me maybe have someone move traffic or have just one side to enter for service also I was going to get charged for the service but I had the two year service plan still in effect
