At times she came across rude just overall poor customer service. Lack of communication, called several times cannot ever talk to her. We were given misleading and at times incorrect information when we were able to talk to her.The problem with the vehicle was not fixed. We were told to contact corporate Toyota to find out how we could get the issue fixed with our vehicle.

I was there for 4 hours and no one bothered to inform me what the delay was or why it was taking so long. Someone saying we are sorry for the wait but it is gonna be a longer wait time would have been a great courtesy

Dropped off my Toyota Supra on a Monday fist thing in the morning and never got a courtesy call at least to give me an update, I had to call TWO days after and Mike Torres was always “busy” finally got ahold of him just to tell me the part wasn’t under warranty and it was gonna cost me $4,600 to fix it. I bought a $66,000 Toyota car just to deal with this. I only had the car for 3 weeks and on top of that he charged me $205 for diagnostic. So disappointing!!! Never buying a Toyota car again and won’t recommend it either.

The text notifications for the add on services suggested went to my wife’s phone number. She received the notification the inspection/ job was done around 11am with the report listing 10:39am as the completion time. The reps in store never took the initiative to bring me the inspection report or ask if I wanted to add on, even though I asked the reps at the desk if it was available multiple times after my wife had received the text report. I was left for nearly two hours past when the report indicated completion time. It’s ridiculous that nobody would have correctly answered my numerous attempts to ascertain if they had completed the inspection report and that nobody ever bothered to call my name to advise my vehicle was done. Your lackluster performance caused me to be late to an appointment.

I would definitely like it much faster I understand I didn’t have an appointment but I started getting tired close to the end felt like forever and have been meaning to get my console fixed for like feels coming close to 2 years not and it’s still broken with being told we’ll call you or get in touch, it never happening and then when I show for the following service being told again and again that it was sent back and returned

I was disappointed i got there at my appointment time at 07:45. I wasn't seen till 20 mins later. I pulled up in the service lane. I had 2 other calls pull up in the middle lane and were attended before me. I had to reach out to a female that was helping the car behind me. I also waited 3 hrs just for oil change. Not happy. I got up looking for jose and the guy sharing the room helped. Jose finally showed up and was flusted and upset. He apologized but honestly didn't feel sincere. Next time I'll just go to a lub and go for oil change. Not worth waiting so long.

The driver's-side door won't open from the inside. I was asked to bring the car in; it was there all day, but then I was told to pick it up because they didn't have the part. They didn't give me an estimated completion date; I had to call today to ask, and the response was: "There is no date for the part to arrive—we'll just let you know." It is absurd not to have concrete information or a solution.
