It took three days to diagnose the manufacturers defect and seven days total for repair. I was told the tire should not be rotated. However I was charged for tire rotation. I thought I got oil change service for life through Shorkey. However, I learned that it’s only two or three times The truck has less than 25,000 miles on it and is a little over one year old.
Michael was efficient and did well staying in touch with what the mechanic recommended.
Your team did a great job today even though it was very busy I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. That’s what I expect when I visit Jim Shorkey.
Joshua, I found the source of the grinding noise. It appears that not all clips for the underbody cover were installed or were improperly installed. This is very disappointing. Not a quality service. On the other hand, you did a nice job as far as customer service. I'm be there tomorrow early so that this can get fixed.
kate was so nice and direct! i knew exactly what services toyota care covered on my car and what was being done that day. she also told me when i need to bring my car back for an oil change.
I have been coming to this dealership since 2008. I have all my service done at this dealership. I had an issue with leaking transmission fluid and instead of just being charged for repairing it. I also was charged a diagnostic fee. I understand the diagnostic fee, if people are not going to use your service However, I believe as a loyal customer, I should’ve only been charged for the labor and parts. It was an obvious leak.

Service was good. My appointment for inspection was at 1:15PM i did not leave the center until 4pm when there was not anything super intense that needed fixed on my car. A large chunk of my day was taken up due to this.
Antonio is the best worker that any car dealership has ever had or ever will have. That about sums it up.
I did not bring my car in today.?
1. Your team did not recognize me as having bought an auto from Shorkey.
2. Therefore I was being overcharged for the services.
3. Your automated online services then asked for approval of the overcharges.
4. I sat for 90+ minutes in waiting area without an update of timing for my yearly inspection. Your service team should have let me know at check in that you were backed up by at least 45 minutes so I could use MY time more wisely than YOURS.
5. In recent car servicing appointments your team has provided a complimentary car rinse...which evidently is no longer provided.
Great auto dealerships do not have any of the above happen. Please fix these errors so that your team can shine for every customer!
