I was not happy to find out the 60,000 mile service did not provide all the services the dealership website and Toyota website indicated. Instead I had to purchase multiple stand alone services at a significantly higher cost. Not at all how I like to do business and I expect more from this dealership. Very disappointed with this experience.
Was told just about 2 hours for inspection. I was there over 3 hours. Would have been nice if someone updated me on delay.

I went in for an oil change and they were helpful reminding me I needed an inspection too. It took 1/2 hour longer than estimated and when I got home I realized they turned off my rear sensors and now I have to pull out the manual and figure out how to turn them back on. I don’t have the time or energy for that BS.

Had an unexpected situation occur with one of my tires, which I noticed on my way to work. The shop was not open yet (early in the morning). I contacted Ryan later in the morning and explained the situation. He was amicable as usual and although it was last minute, he did not hesitate to schedule me for an appointment later in the afternoon to accommodate my work hours and correct the problem.
Mike is the Best. He takes time to explain things to you and keeps you updated on your car. He really cares. It is refreshing to find employees like that. Everyone there is so friendly and they listen to you. You guys rock!!
