Had an unexpected situation occur with one of my tires, which I noticed on my way to work. The shop was not open yet (early in the morning). I contacted Ryan later in the morning and explained the situation. He was amicable as usual and although it was last minute, he did not hesitate to schedule me for an appointment later in the afternoon to accommodate my work hours and correct the problem.
Mike is the Best. He takes time to explain things to you and keeps you updated on your car. He really cares. It is refreshing to find employees like that. Everyone there is so friendly and they listen to you. You guys rock!!

Even though the vehicle had a code that was thrown by the computer they were unable to diagnose the vehicle and the transmission continues to slip. The check engine light does go off and stays on for a while. I have to use the truck being that it's still drivable for the most part for work. I rented a vehicle for 3 days for nothing. So even though the work was free it still cost me over $300. Very frustrated at this point only looking to get the underlying issue fixed. Just bought this truck only put a thousand miles on it so far It's still under dealer warranty
