Ryan is the ultimate professional in his job. It starts with his credibility of both knowing the cars, the mechanical nuances, being upfront and honest with his customers - which builds the most important aspect in a business relationship — trust. He also builds rapport with each customer by giving each of them individual, undistracted and personalized attention. A customer doesn’t feel like a customer with Ryan. It’s feels more like an honest neighborly friendship than a business relationship and it’s one of the reasons I stick with Jim Shorkey (even though the new credit card surcharge makes me want to go elsewhere).
