My complaint is more for the price gouging of cabin/air filters. I find it so silly that the charge price is marked up sooooo much. I did not opt to have done there because I can do myself. However, I think more people would just have you do it for convenience if the uncharted was half of what you are trying to scam. It makes me concerned to trust actually having a service completed by Toyota when I know that $10 projects with 5 minute unskilled labor requirements are priced at $70.00 instead of say $30-40.
Overall, I am satisfied with service experience though. Again, Kate was amazing, friendly, and personable. and comfortable waiting space

The actual service of my vehicle was fine, and the service advisor was good. Two issues that I would like to address however-
1. I made an appointment for Monday, May 18th. I received a text confirmation for my appointment on Monday, May 18th. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment I was told that my appointment was actually for the following day on Tuesday. If I wanted to get my vehicle in that day, it would be a 3 hour wait. I was unable to do that because of my work schedule. I rescheduled for today, May 20th. I am now out of 4 hours of work on two days because of an error on Shorkey Service.
2- I explicitly asked for my car not to be washed after service. The Service Advisor noted that and this is not on him. After service when I received my vehicle, it had been washed. The reason I know this is because the hitch receiver cover I had was gone. Which is the second time that has happened at Shorkey. Which is why I request my vehicle not to be washed. The Service Advisor did retrieve my hitch receiver cover for me. I thank him for that. He also said he would add a free oil change to my account. I would like to confirm that will be done.
Kate was very friendly and did a great job getting me in and out as quickly as she could.

Efficient and friendly, easy to work with.
It was convenient to drop off car and return when text received that service was completed. All my question were answered and all work was done to my satisfaction.
