I made the appointment for the recall on my Toyota Corolla(passenger airbag) and after waiting a half hour was told that they have to order parts so it wasn't fixed. I would assume since it was a recall that you would know what parts to have on hand to service the problem. I may be wrong with that assumption.

Overall, everything was really great, I asked to have a new sticker put on for my oil change and that was not done. That was really the only thing I would still rate the service nine out of 10.

Took us two days to get a tire fixed. If it weren’t for Bob Rizzitano, we would still be waiting. Thank you to him for helping us. Next time think I’ll try a different service department. We were told a certain person was going to be there at 9:00, and he didn’t even work. And he was the one who told us he would be there! Just horrible service. We won’t get into Joshua. That is beyond words.
