Only issue is with the online system. We did not get any notification that our vehicle was ready for pickup. We finally received that text notification at 11:44 pm later that evening, as well as the text notification that payment had been received (even though we paid online around 5 pm).

Kate very professional. I had 1215 appt. Car not taken into service garage until 1. Kate and colleague did expedite service since I expressed my dissatisfaction of the length of time for oil change. I will plan accordingly going forward when I have service scheduled. Kate was very professional. See you in June.
