Been coming here since 2008 and have no desire to go elsewhere. Will always ask for Mike Rush to be by Service Advisor. He is always helpful and answers any questions I may have.

I was visited for regular maintenance checkups and the agent asked me to leave if I don’t take both induction cleaning and break oil change. I was visited to regular inspection work and disappointed about the way agent responded to me.

Service advisor Josh did not want to rotate the tires but wanted to charge me $165.00 to run diagnostics on the truck which should be covered under warranty since it was making a noise sounding like a loose heat shield or loose exhaust pipe. I declined the charge and went to sales department.
He was extremely professional. Even though he was extremely busy he kept me informed of the status of my car.

Took my vehicle for an oil change today. The service advisor was a nice man. When it was time to pay the total was much more than I was told to begin with. The man told me he didn’t see that my oil was a different kind of oil than what the $79.99 price is and that it would be more money
He did offer a discount of $30 which I appreciate but I still ended up paying $30 more than I anticipated to spend today because I was given the wrong information. In today’s economy every dollar counts
Antonio was extremely professional, as he was courteous and attentive despite the busy schedule at the garage, and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle.

Several people greeted me immediately after I arrived, and directed me to Jonathon. He came out to the waiting area as soon as the vehicle was done and called my name. I only paid $30 today for the maintenance visit. I felt like I was getting personalized attention! I appreciate the responsiveness of your employees. It makes for a pleasant experience.
Performed the service I asked for, took care of a recall without my scheduling that in advance and found a couple necessary services. All good. The video updates and communications were excellent!
