Joshua was fine but the service department in general is awful! Employee morale is unbelievable, people who use to be nice are downright rude! And I’m told I can have a loaner only to be told we don’t give loaners you have to rent and it says right on the paperwork a loaner! And if you are open on Saturday from 8-5 and I’m willing to wait then why can’t my recall be done then which is convenient to me! You no longer care about the customer, you have that just get them in the door attitude. The last time I was there I asked to have the maintenance required message off my dash and was told you can YouTube it or look in your manual it takes 6 seconds like it was too much trouble so what on earth would make me want to keep coming back?

Dave switched my PA state inspection sticker valid month from July to June, and I did not have any repair service performed today, only for PA state inspection although he charged for repair fee. I plan to stop by for a complaint to the manager.
