The repairs and communication through the course of the day was all positive. However, my vehicle was left very messy.
I found multiple pieces of plastic and trash on the driver side floormat along with grease streaks in the headliner. The vehicle should have been swept
Swept and cleaned following the repair.
Very patient with a confused person. Two cars to be inspected with a few days. Shuffling back and forth.
Bill was a great service advisor. He kept me apprised on the progress. He arranged to give me a ride home when the work took longer than expected.

I had a 9:30 AM appointment and the work wasn’t started until close to 11:30 AM. I checked with the supervisor at 11:15 for an update and was advised my car was in line to come up which I took as to come up the driveway.
In addition an oil change and filter change was over $200.00 which is exhorbit.
Very unsatisfied.

Every time I bring my car in for service here the Bluetooth connection to the vehicle is compromised. I spend hours trying to correct this by doing my own research and troubleshooting because anytime I ask service for help I hear “I don’t know why your car is doing this.” Which is odd because I’ve complained every time. This time however I cannot seem to get it fixed and by the looks of the number of videos and comments about this very issue on the internet I am not alone. Toyota seems to have had an ongoing issue with the infotainment system since 2020. Also, I do not live close to the dealership so it’s pretty inconvenient for me to have to drive back to fix a problem your service department seems to be creating every time they service my car.

Despite listing my rear brakes listed as "10/32in rhe rea", I was told that my rear brakes would fail my state inspection. I consented to having my rear rotors and pads replaced. After picking up the vehicle, it was apparent that the vehicle was not test-driven after the new brakes were installed; both rear brakes made oscillating grinding noise at any speed over 15 MPH regardless of whether the brakes were engaged or not. I took the rear wheels off to examine the rear brakes and found that there was no lubrication except on the underside of the abutment clips. I properly re-assembled the brakes using new brake pads and proper lubricant and the brakes function silently and properly. There is no noise now after I did this. I feel I should be refunded for the cost of the brake pads($90) and the labor costs for the brake job ($229) because I had to redo this work.
