At 11:30, I was messaged that I needed new brake. I promptly authorized the work. Yet, it still took until.aftet
2:30 to get my car back.It doesn't take 3 hours to put on brakes and a battery stand. When I got in my car at 2:40, the clock read 1:06 so it pretty obvious at least the battery case work wasn't started until 1:30. This unacceptable for a waiting customer. There was no communication about the status or timeline. In the 7 years I've been taking my car there, the is the first time I've felt ignored and like my patronage was a bother and unwanted

Josh was fantastic. Greeted me when I walked in , explained how everything was going to work , offered me a shuttle service , called when he said he would , and throughly explained what the solution was. Could not have been more satisfied. 100% , ????????????????????
