As a person that lives on a pension your ownership has priced themselves out of my range , no coupons , not worth my time. I will be looking elsewhere for all of my work now .

Bill was great. He was the unfortunate messanger.. apparently the last time my truck was at this location, 5-20-2024 “ the technician didn’t tighten my lug nuts down all the way. Typically when I come in to get a service there is record, recordings and check lists sent to me throughout the process. There was nothing this time except bill telling me what the issue was and that I would not have to pay anything. I would just like it to be on the official record that this was what happened ed just incase I run into any issues down the line that could be related.

I dropped my truck off to get the under coating done it I picked it up today there is a scratch in y truck was not there when I dropped it off there was oil or grease on parts of my truck they said they cleaned it but how hey miss the oil or grease
There's nothing you're representative could have done. I am irritated that there's stuff on my vehicle that I did not authorize from somewhere else and the problems that I have with the vehicle are still there regardless I was told that they would not work on the car due to what somebody else did to it that said yes I'm going to leave unsatisfied but there's nothing the rep could have done because it's nothing the rep had control over please do not contact me over this
Bill Ellis was wonderful about explaining what the mechanic said my vehicle needed. He took the time to show me how to use the info & pictures/videos that were sent to my phone. He answered all of my questions and made the experience easy.
My appointment was 11am. The time you guys finished to change oil, rotate tires and 5000 miles inspection was 1:20pm. This is the longest time to change oil and rotate tires in my life.

David was very helpful despite the glitch with the computer system saying I had an appointment when none actually were available. I was willing to wait until the work could be done. David kept me informed about extra work that needed to be done due to items discovered by the mechanic. After 4 hours my car was repaired and I was on my way.

The service was fine but the technician didn’t wash the car before returning it to me. Also, he didn’t add the new next service sticker on the windshield.
As always, excellent service and communication - web site needs some changes.
