Mike did an outstanding job today. He made every effort to make sure he updated me on every issue. He was very knowledgeable of his job and a pleasure to work with. He will be the main reason I come back again. I hope he can be my service rep always. He definitely is an asset to the Toyota team.

The service was great. No complaints on the operation of the vehicle. However, I do have a concern I wanted to discuss. When I got home, I noticed that there were new scratches on the surface of the car behind the headlight on the passenger side of the vehicle. These scratches were not apparent in the video of the car that you sent me while it was in the shop. Ofcourse, I cannot prove how the scratches were acquired, but I know that they did not occur on my drive home. I would be wwilling to send you a photo. Could I request please that this be discussed with the service people, to determine whether it is possible that this occurred when the car was under your care, or in the parking lot? I would appreciate this, just to raise this question. Thank you.
They did a great job in a short amount of time. The waiting area is very comfortable and love the little store for food and drinks.

From Making, the appointment with Kate to the efficiency of my service, the communication in the shuttle ride to my home with Paul everything that Shorkey Toyota did today was top-notch and I can’t always say that since I have had poor experiences with other dealerships in that area. Kudos to all of these guys and I love the video of the mechanics, Shawn did a nice job.
Had to put in a gallon of windshield washer when I got home. Not sure if I could trust your team with the more important things. Very concerning to me and disappointed in this service.

Samantha was very helpful and made sure my car was done in 1 day. She notified me and let me know a part was not needed so it was cheaper. She explained the key fob to me. And answered all my questions. Very good at her job.
