When I went there my left turn signal bulb was working when I left the bulb was burned out. It could be a fluke but I don't think so. I went for an oil change only and that's all. Not a 4 point inspection. Now I have to have the left signal bulb replaced. Your employee Bill was wonderful from the time I pulled in until I left and so was the gentleman when I pulled up in the drop off car area. 2 great employees.
I've made three separate trips for appointments and spent $1,400 for diagnosis and repair of a problem that still exists. I've wasted hours of my time. The technician misdiagnosed the issue and only part guessed a solution. He completely misdiagnosed the issue wasting my time and money and I still have the same problem I came in with the first time. I am 100% unsatisfied with my experience. I think the technicians are untrained. The service advisor is unhelpful. And the manager who I called three times never called me back. Completely terrible customer experience.

I just don't like the wire used by Toyota on the 2 O2 sensors in my car. Thank you for putting added protection on the one you just replaced. In my driveway there is a lot of chipmucks. I have a Toyota 2024 Corolla hybrid that sits low to driveway. So this happen to me 2 times within a year. There is another 2025 Toyota Rav 4 parked **** this and so far the chipmucks haven't touch its O2 sensors. Go lucky I quest?
Kate was great and kept me posted throughout. She also mentioned that I needed a new state inspection so I did that too.

Mike did not want to fix my truck and argued with me all day because he couldn’t reproduce the issue I had. Fortunately I got my truck running and didn’t need to tow it to the shop but Mike would not work with me and eventually gave me an estimate that was very high and was not itemized. I’ve got someone else who is actually going to the work without arguing with me for half the price. I was going to buy a new Tacoma in about a year but with the stress and aggravation Mike inflicted on me I doubt it.
Mike H provided excellent service. He made sure I understood the work that performed on my Corolla and did so in a very cordial manner. I hope he is available when I need to bring my cars in the future.
Ryan was very helpful when I had questions about text messages about the report on the car.
Jim Shorkey has provided the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. I have been continuously lied to since I walked in the door. I would never buy from your dealerships again.
