Children’s toy room is so sad! Was there for an oil change for nearly 2 hours and had to entertain my feral 2 year old. The children’s book selection is awful. The only book available was in Chinese ! This is America ! I understand Toyota is Japanese but come on ! Otherwise staff is very please and service was wonderful. Please update toys. I mean Facebook marketplace has so many free toys looking for a good home. Hope to see a better selection my next visit. Thanks for listening. God bless.

Bill was great! Very professional. Only complaint is the labor cost of $57 for changing a 3$ light bulb that takes 1 minute or less. Would have done it myself, but needed to pass Inspection.

I am extremely unhappy with being charged 3% to use a credit card! Write check? What is this 2006? Who carries $150 in cash around these days? The service was fine but these regressive payment methods are not. I’ll be seeking alternatives for future service.

I had a number of pretty specialized issues with my old 2011 Prius. Ryan was incredibly helpful explaining everything and what the techs were doing to solve the issues. It was a frustrating and costly time for a car that I really love. Ryan helpful and sympathetic when I was having a hard time.
