Roy Lopez was great to work with. Your policy of increasing the bill by 3% or paying by debit card was not great. Our bill was unexpectedly huge in the first place and causing us to use debit card was not welcome. Bad policy.

For the love of god buy your techs noise-cancelling microphones so we can actually make out what they say as they do the video walk thru and we can hear it over the shop background noise - it is useless otherwise and I already said that after my last service with you!!!
