Roy was efficient, smart and friendly. He got the job done! I told him I had just arrived from Florida and my car’s hood was plastered with bugs. He assured me my car would be clean, and it was not only clean, but sparkling!! He printed out the service history of my car in Florida , Connecticut and Pittsburgh and made sure Shorkey did what they had to. All in all, I left feeling that I had the best service ever! Thank you!!

Mike is a gem! Mike made the day long event worth the trip to Jim Shorkey service center. Hopefully this will only be an annual event, but I will continue to contact this location for future service needs. I will also recommend to anyone with a Toyota to come to this location.

I was completely satisfied with Samantha.
When I said I was disappointed with the bed cover installed in DEC because it leaks she gave me the company line "they do leak". No one told me that when it was installed and I never received cover info. Result--cover wasn't installed properly. Drain tube were not hooked up! 4 holes in the bed now only 2 hooked up (?) Also "blocks" not installed. Thank you Samantha! It still may leak but no official document.
Te blocks- could this be the same fix as the after market cover people use to prevent the bed rails from lifting?

I got a flat tire on Sunday (my first ever!) and needed immediate help. Without an appt the service team saw me at 7:00 AM on Monday, fixed my tire and had me on the road before 8:00 AM. Samantha and the service advisors made it happen and I am very grateful. I loved them before this happened and I really love them NOW! PEGGY E
This was my first time and I was amazed. The staff was friendly. The establishment is clean and accommodating. The service was transparent and fast. This was an excellent experience.
The maintenance needed message was not reset and the window sticker saying when to come in again was not changed.

During an oil change. Oil drops into skid plate. That’s fine but they are to lazy to clean the oil out causing it to leak onto my parking spot making me think something was wrong having to take it back in to be checked
Service tech said that they remembered it happening
