I reviewed my bill when I got home and noticed that the bill was again being billed to a James Daniel Walsh which has been listed on my account since this individual purchased a 2015 RAV 4 and apparently your sales department placed his automobile on my account. I have discussed this issue several times with your customer service department and was told that the error would be corrected. Apparently not. My address is 211 Ennerdale Lane, Pittsburgh, PA. 15237

I sent a text this afternoon since you can’t get through to anyone and it asks for a text. I haven’t heard back. The truck is still making the clunking noise. Did they drive it after they “fixed” it? If so, I don’t know how they could miss the noise.

I was never texted that my vehicle was done. I dropped my car off at 230pm for an inspection. I told them to take their time, I just needed it by the end of the day. I came by at 10 minutes to close and Tony helped me out and confirmed that they never texted me but my vehicle was done.
I did like the videos that were linked to my inspection explaining what was being done, but the videos weren’t done by David, they were done by another man.
I don’t know if it is standard to wash the vehicle after a service, but my car wasn’t washed either, which was disappointing.
Josh was really helpful, professional, and kind. He took the time to talk through everything with me, explain what everything meant and was patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. I appreciated him giving me the options of the work based on cost to help me decide what I wanted to do about some of the maintenance.
