Long time customer here. Have had ups and downs there with you all but for the most part …. You all are alright. I have some suggestions to make for sure! I understand nothing in life is perfect so, that being said…. I can continue to patronize your establishment. Your service writers are doing a great job. Some of the techs out back are top notch…. Then there are those who leave greasy hand and finger prints on the headliner and inner pillars of my new RAV4 that I bought there from you all and on my little Corolla I bring for you to service. Oh sure I get angry but I deal with it . Just wish everyone would be as conscientious as I am. Honesty , integrity , technical prowess ,knowledge of product and cleanliness and order should be at the top of everyone’s game .
