Antonio completely did not satisfy me. First, he did not ever order the mirror parts I need for my Sienna. He never contacted me. When I stopped to see him he said they were in order for $530.00 each and he scheduled me for Thursday, 6/26 at 9:30am. On Wednesday, 6/25, I called to confirm and was told by your service lady that I had no appointment so she scheduled me for 11:30 on 6/26. When I got there, Bill said no parts were ever ordered. He ordered them. Now I am waiting.

Antonio did a fine job when I dropped off the truck. However he was off today when Mike called me and let me know the truck was ready. I then was pushed back and forth between the two Mike’s once I arrived there for the pickup. Both seemed annoyed I was there. Very poor experience. Call ****-****-xxxx if you need anymore details.

It took almost 2.5 hours to complete my scheduled 20k mile maintenance even though there was no unexpected maintenance required. The only notification I got was after more than 1.5 hours of waiting saying it should only take 15 more minutes, but it took almost another hour.

All I asked is for a callback, I removed the negative review u til I spoke to someone. Since you will not honor my request I am going to rewrite the review, have the remaining work done elsewhere and most likely file a complaint with the BBB

I came in because a check engine light came on that visit your dealer. I was told a sensor had gone bad and needed to be replaced which I approved. After waiting 4 hrs for the work to be done, as I exited the parking lot, the same check engine light came on. My attendant had left, someone else had to flag down the technician and came and took my car without addressing me. I waited another hour, was told “the sensor hadn’t been adjusted properly when it was installed’

Good morning, When I came in to get my inspection I explained to the service advisor, David, that my mileage was under 5000 miles. I was not informed that the emissions test would be done and I would be charged. I was not advised to wait till July 8 since I purchased the truck at your dealership on that date per the advisor after I questioned why it was done. After getting home I called your service department and explained to Amanda, and she confirmed that I should have been advised to wait 13 days so that the emissions test would not need to be performed. Also, in past years when I had an emissions test done I received a print out on it with a mechanic’s signature that performed the test. I did not any document on it. I asked to speak with the manager, and had to leave a message for Tony to discuss what happened at approximately 12 noon. I never received a call back. I feel that I should have been advised to reschedule the inspection if it was necessary. I am retired and on social security, with limited income. Thank you, Jim Doyle

Michael provides straightforward, solid customer service. Even the staff who greet you when you drive into the service queue are friendly and courteous. The one and only off-putting thing for me is I unequivocally do not want trade-in, upgrade-your-car emails or texts. Smacks too much of the slick-car-salesperson stereotype. I like my car. It's why I maintain it If and when I want or need to switch vehciels, that's the apprropriate time for ME to reach out. Not vice versa.

No bs. I moved up from WV so I was anticipating there being an issue covering my 5k mile service. Advisor didn’t need anything from me except my keys. I had to get to work by 9am and I was little worried when a bunch of old people who had all day were in front of me. They still managed to get it serviced in time and get me on my way before work. Will use Michael again.
