I think it should be more clear what the charges are before I have to approve them. I had a hard time understanding the billing and when I asked I feel like I got three different prices before the final price. Just didn't make me feel confident about the process.
Also, I found the technician video to be of no use because the technician didn't say anything at all. He just pointed at things and took a video but as someone who knows nothing about cars I didn't know what I was looking at or why it mattered.
Brought car in for safety recall and oil change. Joshua was very pleasant and kept me informed as to any service issues that were found after the multi-point inspection. Service was completed in time that I was told. Overall it was a good experience.

Dave was patient with me while I made the decision about whether to complete these repairs, which were more extensive — and expensive —than I had anticipated. He also communicated well about the status of the car and when it would be ready. In the end I am glad I decided to go ahead with the work.

This was my first service experience with Jim Shorkey Service Department and I was disappointed with how I was treated by the service rep and overall experience. Makes me question if I want to have my brand new Land Cruiser serviced there going forward.
I was so happy with the service from Jim Shorkey Toyota. I’m from out of town and had my car towed in with a flat tire and left overnight. The service department got in touch with me right away in the morning. They kept me informed with reports throughout the day. My mechanic, Kate, was excellent. Her report for the estimate was thorough and professional. She answered any questions I had right away. She got the job done very quickly despite me being a drop in client on a very busy day vage was always friendly and helpful in our communications whether over the phone or by text. My car was repaired quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Jim Shorkey Toyota with a shout out to Kate as an excellent mechanic.
No complaints about the service itself I just don’t understand the policy of only covering the first oil change at 10k miles when evidence says new hybrid vehicles need the first change at 2k.

My experience with Toyota and specifically with David Rusnak was very positive. David is very knowledgeable, professional and kept me up to date with the progress and costs associated with the repairs for my 2013 Avalon.
Mr. Dave was very informative he explained the process from start to finish. He also gave me advice on a few things to insure my vehicle is getting the best care.
