Unfortunately, I did not feel like my concerns were taken seriously. My concerns were met with a blank face, and never an acknowledgment that these issues, especially the hood and third row seat issues, even exist. Hopefully the rear lift gate issue will be fixed next week, but it’s disappointing to have a new vehicle with these issues.

The wait time wasn’t justified for the services being done. The service center is either under staffed or over booking for my appointment time being 10:45 and them not starting the service until after 12. When I received my vehicle a very potent gas and oil stench now encompasses the inside of the vehicle and was light headed driving home because it was raining and was unable to air out the vehicle.

Dropped my van off today for a tire rotation and when I picked up my vehicle I had noticed it had been swooped across the back of the van from the back door all the way to the back bumper. Once I told the manager about what happened he had someone buff the scratches out but they never went away. It’s a shame because my van only has 8k miles and now I have to deal with this. Will never go back to this dealership. Also I don’t understand why it takes 2 hours to do a simple tire rotation when I had an appointment scheduled
