I was welcome at the service by two great gentleman that put plastic and cover the mats with a lot of respect. Great job, but sadly the so called advisor lack of any Cust service. He never look at me not even when I said good morning, I asked him how long it will take to changed the oil and his response was two hour because you are late( yes I was late) but as Custumer I deserve some kind of respect. The technician did not reset the computer so I am still having issues trying to reset it. After all of that I will give this dealer another chance.

Bill Ellis turned a bad experience with scheduling into a great experience. I was given three different ways to replace a broken driver side view mirror by three different people: bring the car in and we’ll fix it today, bring the car in and we’ll order the part, then come back and we’ll install it, and have service order the part and then bring in the car for install. This back and forth transpired over two weeks. The first option was the one I followed. Bill was aware of the nonsense I put up with, and in the day of install, at his initiative, he fast tracked the install and we were heading home with a new mirror in under 45 minutes. Thank you, Bill!

I asked the salesman to check a new noise, like a roar, which we noticed over 40 miles an hour. I was told that he knew exactly what it was, something about tires. I asked that the car be road-tested above 40 miles an hour. I was told the problem would be fixed if I bought 4 new tires. The problem was not fixed, and the noise is entirely unabated.

It's very obnoxious to wait in line with one of the service reps just to be told I need to go wait in line with a different rep. My experience at other dealerships are that you talk to a central person and they direct me where I need to go. Either that or a visible board so the customer knows where to go. I ended up waiting 10 minutes in line just to find out I was in the wrong section and directed to another line where I waited a further 10 minutes. The guy I spoke to also didn't say a word to me other than my total due and "here's your keys, D6".

I asked to change name and emil since my daughter's name was on the account. It took 2.5 hrs for an oil change??? I asked if pop was complimentary in the coolers and he said there are cameras watching like I was going to steal it. Not going bCk. Ever

No problem with Kate but had cabin filter changed , when I turn my AC there’s a loud flapping noise that I will have to deal with until I can find time to bring it back .

Michael was very polite and efficient. He went above and beyond when he and another employee went over some functions of my car that I was unaware of. I really appreciate them taking the time to show me how to use my remote as a starter and a few other things. Both were very nice gentleman!
