appreciate bill ellis pointing out that i need to get my new tires on soon. car wash was unexpected but nice to get a free wash. And the efficiency of completing the work was taken into account by Mr Ellis. I had a long commute to work after the appointment so it was nice to get out quickly. And he didnt try to up-sell me very expensive tires. i did not appreciate that last time i was in.
I would appreciate it if someone could call me. I was in for a 15000 Mile check up and got a 20000 check up. I bought a maintenance contract when I bought my car, so why was Michael saying those only last 2 years and I could buy another one for two years? I need to clarify my maintenance contract with Toyota, please.
I have been satisfied for the many years of service to my 2012 Toyota Camry.
We are quite satisfied with our Camry and with the Shorkey service.
It took 5 hours to get brakes changed
Qiuck in and out. Very nice when you are waiting for your car.
The service advisor was excellent and knowledgeable in her job. The one thing I did not like was another client that stood behind me when I was checking out and asking questions. It made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. I even left my briefcase. When there is a person in with the service advisor, I do not enter until they are done with that client. It would be nice and polite if everyone could do the same.

Your service was great. As you may recall, I had a "humming noise" and had service replace the "right wheel hub bearing" and the original noise is gone, but a new noise is occurring. Could you suggest a time,early morning, when someone could take the car for a road test?

Suggestion:
The cups for automated coffee system are dangerously flimsy. Please be aware there are seniors and or others who may have difficulty. Perhaps a “cautious cup” sign would prevent thoughtless liability. Excellent coffee! Re think the cups. Thank you Toyota????
I wanted my air in tire checked.I had all new brakes done in June 2024. What should be the speckes on Brakes. What number is perfect for brakes?.
I appreciate being able to get a service appointment the next day vs. three weeks with other dealerships. I will be back for service if I need it in the future.
