I appreciate that I was not presented with an upsell. My Highlander just needed and received an oil change and tire rotation. No other service was recommended. That rarely occurs.
I was not told by anyone that there was a 150.00 fee to evaluate oil leak. I spoke to 3 people in this process when setting up:dropping off my car and not one person ever informed me that I would be charged this money just to evaluate this. The car is already being looked at for other routine maintenance and to charge 150 diagnostic fee (and not tell the customer this!) is a gouge.
