I found out after we were done that I wasn’t working with a financial advisor but a sales person . I had been working with Chandor . So he should have been the person I finished my buy out with . Nobody did anything wrong as it was a miss understanding on my part , but it should have been Chandor’s deal.
Katie was fantastic! Very personable and down to earth. Whole experience was pleasurable.
Car wash leaves black streaks on hood, though.
Disappointed that there wasn’t tire wear nor brake pad report as there had been in the past. Since I am a Fl registered car and no state inspection I looked forward to this report which was not on the sheet.
Very appreciative that I could be accommodated on short notice, will not hesitate to use you again if need be
1. Give Customers the option of washing their car. My last two visits left my car with a very spotty windshield. While it's a lovely idea, at least it shouldn't be forced.
2. Shuttle shouldn't smell smoky. But it is convenient.
Everything else was stellar.

I was pleased with service results except that I left a brand new lug nut tool for my wheels and when I got the tool back, it is completely destroyed with sharp edges and does not appear to be the same tool as mine did not have a paper sticker on it and this one does I think they were swapped out and I received a used one that was not my original
The checkout process is horrible. David was very rude to the people ahead of me, and seemed very unhappy to be there and upset there were customers. I plan to request a different service advisor moving forward, as we have consistently had bad experiences with him over the years. Did the service center discontinue car washes? The last couple times, our cars have not been washed.
Nice guy. Next time, I’ll probably go shopping at the place next door.

Dropped the car off at 8am with Antonio. It appears my car was lost and forgotten when I attempted to pick up at 230pm. I'm not sure how that occurs with the electronic status board .I was stuck in the dealership until 530 rush hour as work such as oil changes were conducted without my approval.

The staff that checked me in and whom I got documents and paid were not friendly. That seems to be a common experience. The male staff are not friendly but the women are. After I sat down a woman who worked there walked by and said good morning to me with a smile. None of the men did that and certainly not the one at the front desk. He acted like I was a bother because he was so busy

I used the payment invite to pay for my service and was told the keys and receipt would be under the driver’s seat when I got here. They were not and were not anywhere in the car. Now I’m stuck here.
