David was great to work with. I highly recommend working with David.
But I missed having cappuccino from the coffee machine. I must say after spending over $100 for inspection and oil change having a little pleasure like a cappuccino would go a long way with customer appreciation.
I mentioned the cappuccino to my neighbor, and he said he was very disappointed back in June when that he noticed it was gone.

He told me that my car was rusting thru and this year I would have paid 2500 or more to pass inspection and then next year he told me that it would have to be trash because of the rust issue. I bought a Buick that was on the sales lot it was a 2022 year with 31,584 on it. Melissa was very helpful finding a car that I could buy because my coralla was not. I did not think that I would buy a car today but this life. The only thing I have to get use to is I have to remember to push a button to start the car. Thank you for your help.

Hi Kate! When we started the car, it was still starting rough so Don changed the spark plugs. It seemed ok this morning, but now that the car is in the heat again (assuming that is part of the problem) it started rough again. Can you please call Don at ****-****-xxxx to discuss next steps?

Issues expressed as concern with car not recognizing phone saying tot connected when it is, navigational system "timing out" . Radio turning off on own, will not do phone commands, txt inconsistently show up, then don't. Yet issue were given proper attention. Issue remain

The work that was done was good. When I got home we noticed that there was a used paper coffee cup left in the car. Not looking to get someone in trouble. Maybe just mention it to who ever worked on my car.
