You have high labor rates which I pay because I expected your mechanics would be the most knowledgeable about my Tacoma and make sure it is safe to drive. I took it in for service because the check engine light was on and they found rodent damage. They said it was safe for me to drive while I contacted my insurance company to get it fixed. That same day I was driving my daughter to her music lesson and it died on us on route 8 and I had to have it towed back to the shop. It's fine it couldn't be fixed that day, but they should not have told me it was safe to drive when it clearly was not. They should have had me leave it and arrange other transportation home rather than putting me in the situation to be stranded with my daughter on the side of a highway.
