Called to tell me tech scratched my car. When I got there to pick up the car no one there to check us.Numerous customers waiting Your employee in other kiosk would not help and shooed us off. " Not now".Also, today I got the same brake job from another vendor for 1/2 what u wanted.I bought the car there and have had all service there.No more.U ****.

The in person service check in process was fine. However I received multiple text messages requesting I call the service and when I called the phone number the automated message instructed me to leave a number for another text message. I was unable to talk to a person until I left a voice mail for the service manager. Maybe you should have an option to speak to a live person. That process was very frustrating. If you washed my car it was a less than satisfactory job I had to wash all the spots off the windshield & mirrors
