We left specific instructions in an online message prior to the date of the appointment, specifying that we wanted tire alignment and had a $15 coupon for online service and parts. We know the message was received because it’s printed right on our invoice, but the information was ignored. We should have addressed this at pickup but are sharing it now for your information. We have come to expect some degree of frustration any time we have our vehicles serviced at Jim Shorkey, and unfortunately this time was no different.

I absolutely love requesting Kate! She is very personable and will listen to your concerns instead of trying to dismiss you like other service members. I had went to Sam prior to Kate there is such a turn over. I hope she stays I really really like her!

I pulled into dock at 648 am because another car was already in there. Appt was for 7 am. Seemed reasonable that a line would be forming. One employee seemed quite upset and said, to no one in particular and quite agitatedly, “we’re not even open yet.” So I pulled around outside the dock and waited at entrance. Another man came out and was also quite unpleasant, saying I couldn’t come in yet and “that’s what the cone is for.” An orange cone was there but not in front of bay. Two other cars were in the bay now. I said “you can understand why I’d think a line was forming, yes?” He said “those are employees cars.” I said, “your employees park in the dock before going to lot two feet away?” The whole thing was ridiculous. Just an unhappy, rude interaction from the start to when I picked up car later. I won’t be coming back. It always amazes me how when you’re dropping 30 grand on a car everybody’s your friend saying “come back any time and let us know what you need.” Then when you come back you’re just a pain in everybody’s ****. Seemed quite reasonable to assume that a line was forming in dock at 648 am. If that wasn’t the case a simple “sorry sir but we’re not open if you wouldn’t mind pulling back out and around” would have sufficed.
Everything was done that i asked for. David Rusnak did a great job.i am extremely happy with the work done and the service I was given.

Bill Ellis made sure our entire experience was great from the moment it started. Bill is by far the best car service individual I have ever dealt with personally and I truly appreciate him taking care of our service needs.
My car was taken as soon as I arrived and the service was completed at the time I was told that it would be done.

Michael Rush was awesome - the whole experience was positive. I love the new waiting lounge! I might suggest that the snack selection include something gluten free, like a granola bar. (But I brought my own ????)

There seems to be many problem with the computer. /video screen, as I understand in talking with your agent other people are having similar issues. Josh did everything in his powers to fix the problem?
There seems to be a deeper issue with toyota and their software with android phones.
There was a little confusion at the start as to whom I had given my car key. Once that was resolved, Michael, let me know that there was some recall work that had to be done. All the work was completed in less time than expected. I was totally satisfied with my visit to Jim Shorkey’s Toyota.
